Working together with local ume farmers to develop optimal soil and using 100% Japanese Nanko ume, this pure raw material ume fruit liqueur was aged for over 5 years in a dedicated tank. By aging for extra years, CHOYA Utage is able to obtain its rich flavors with elegant aroma and tartness that fills your mouth. To be enjoy chilled & straight or on-the-rocks. Additionally, CHOYA Utage comes in a custom-blown bottle and cap depicting ‘O’ from CHOYA logo, inspired by the shape of ume fruit.
