MEDICATED SEKKISEI EMULSION EXCELLENT (Quasi drug)

A soothing, moisturizing and rich whitening emulsion. A rich-type whitening emulsion that spreads with a rich yet smoothing texture and envelops the skin with a moisturizing emollient veil. Protects the skin from severe damage from dryness while infusing whitening ingredients deep within the epidermis, which suppress melanin production and prevent age spots and freckles from sun exposure. Deeply hydrates the skin until it is naturally soft, plump, resilient and youthful. Contains twice as much moisturizing oriental herbal extracts (coix seed, moutan bark, melothria, angelica, elecampane) compared to Medicated Sekkisei Emulsion. Also contains citrus tachibana peel and poria extracts for a richer, more moisturizing emulsion.
