Working together with local ume farmers to develop optimal soil and using 100% Japanese Nanko ume, this pure raw material ume fruit liqueur was aged for over 5 years in a dedicated tank. By aging for extra years, CHOYA Utage is able to obtain its rich flavors with elegant aroma and tartness that fills your mouth. To be enjoy chilled & straight or on-the-rocks. Additionally, CHOYA Utage comes in a custom-blown bottle and cap depicting ‘O’ from CHOYA logo, inspired by the shape of ume fruit. Its imposing forme and beautiful curve reminds you of the gentle taste of fully aged umeshu. The luxurious gift box brings the image of Kimono and Japanese traditional and cultural atmosphere.
