LINK.8. Limited Edition Mizunara Cask Finish

This sake is a blend of base sakes brewed from several different types of sake rice and yeasts, which are then aged for 10 months in various types of Scotch whisky casks. For this limited edition, a portion of the sake was finished in Mizunara casks previously used to age Chivas Regal, and then blended. These Mizunara casks are crafted from Japanese oak trees over 250 years old, native to the Hokkaido and Tohoku regions.
