We use a Scotch whisky with an elegant flavor that fully expresses the maturity of14 years of aging. Taking advantage of Okinawa's tropical climate, which is said to accelerate the aging process due to its stable temperatures and high humidity, we have carefully matured it further in barrels to perfection.
